The hunt continues for the cat killers in Raglan New Zealand.

Raglan Cat Killer Tonight, moggies are missing and some locals say there's a serial killer at work. It's got the experts baffled and the neighbours spooked.

New residents have had more cats go missing and a long-time resident has named the killers.

There is news on the documentary, CATKILLER. A legal injunction has been issued to force the film makers to remove their film from the Internet. This because residents living on the road shown in the film believe they will be identified as the killers. There is such animosity against the killers that no one wants to be connected to them in any way.

There is some suggestion that the film makers could re-cut the film to remove the offending portions so that a new version could be released. That, obviously, would be costly.

At this point, we ask that you show your support for the artists and their film by posting comments on this blog. We will endeavor to forward your comments to them. The message is too important to be silenced! Let them know you support their work. Let them know you will carry their message forward. Let them know that their willingness to spotlight the killings is important to YOU!

THE KILLING CONTINUES!!!

At the end of March, Anita Seddon, resident of Raglan, was seen to dump a dead cat at the local rubbish heap. She and her husband have been named as the killers. This was reported to authorities and an investigation has been underway., but nothing concrete accomplished.

From a source who is a resident of Raglan, the dates do not match with the witnessed dumping, so yet another cat was killed in late April. From our source, " if you Google Raglan Chronicle, you'll see the notice in the classifieds, page 11, 1st May, Issue # 391. "Well loved cat is lost. Grey tabby with white belly. No collar, is microchiped . . ."

Also in early-May, there was some indication that the police would hold a public meeting, but it has yet to happen.

This documentary is horrifying! The killers are very sick and continue their RAMPAGE!

We have learned that thousands of emails have been sent to the Mayor of Raglan and to other city officials. As they do NOTHING to stop these murders, now is the time to fill their in-boxes to the brim with our outrage!

Here is a simple, yet respectful message that you are welcome to copy/paste and sign your name to:

"Why won't you stop the killing of cats in Raglan? The rage of a world of cat lovers will eventually bankrupt your city. We are determined to let the WORLD know that you and other city officials lack the courage to stand up to two killers of pets. You know who they are, but still do nothing and for that, you should feel real shame. Shame for allowing the killing to continue, shame for letting the killers go unpunished and SHAME for letting your citizens live in fear."

Where is Peanut?!

1:18 am EST USA--News just received! It seems that Peanut has been found which is wonderful, but the fear of his possible demise at the hands of the Ripper was terrible for his family! We must stop this fear!

A resident of Raglan, New Zealand is missing her dear orange marmalade kitty named Peanut. Is Peanut the latest victim of the Raglan Ripper?! We hope not, but the odds aren't good for any cat in Raglan.

It seems that the cat killing in Raglan continues with the authorities doing little or nothing to stop it. Why does this atrocity continue despite eye witnesses who have reported their evidence? It can only be the inaction of those who are sworn to uphold justice and protect the citizens and catizens of Raglan. What is wrong here? Why is the killing permitted to continue?

No Fly Zone Issued for Raglan, New Zealand!

Because authorities have failed miserably in investigating the murders in Raglan, the Cats to Stay Army has issued a NO FLY ZONE for the area.

This ZONE is basically a boycott of tourism in Raglan and that means a real financial poke in the eye for Raglan's city council members and mayor. You won't stop the killing, so we'll stop your tourism trade! Can we make a difference? YES! Take a look at tourism in New Zealand in 2013:

• Total tourism expenditure was $23.9 billion, an increase of 2.3 percent from the
previous year.
• International tourism expenditure increased 2.2 percent ($213 million) to $9.8 billion
and contributed 16.1 percent to New Zealand’s total exports of goods and services.
• Domestic tourism expenditure increased 2.4 percent ($328 million) to $14.2 billion.
• Tourism generated a direct contribution to GDP of $7.3 billion, or 3.7 percent of
