The Cats to Stay Army has given the authorities of Raglan, New Zealand more opportunities than they deserve to bring justice to their community! They won't stop the killers in their midst and bring them to justice, so WE bring an economic WAR to YOU.

Raglan has been declared a 'No Fly Zone' so that cat loving tourists will know that Raglan is off limits. Why would those who celebrate the life and companionship of cats support a community that allows murderers to remain on the loose? Well, THEY WILL NOT.

When the Cats to Stay Army is finished with Raglan's tourist economy, there will be no question that cats count and people around the world will not permit this atrocity to go unpunished.
